The Opportunity

Their objective was to increase awareness and visibility of their licensed insolvency trustee services as well as highlight their distinctive value and extensive experience. Our client also wanted to exceed their previous year’s performance by increasing their debtor files.

The Plan

We optimized the client’s website for search engines, improving their user experience and usability. We also mapped out conversion paths to address missed opportunities. Simultaneously, we optimized the client’s digital presence for mobile traffic, focusing on compliance, functionality and usability to ensure smooth conversion.

We improved the website’s lead-generation capabilities by creating user-friendly online forms. These forms allowed visitors to easily express their interest and inquire about the client’s services. On the other side, we implemented call tracking to measure and nurture those phone leads and guide them toward conversion.

In addition, we developed a fully optimized PPC ad campaign for our client. This campaign included manual monitoring of PPC keyword bids, A/B testing to improve ad performance and ongoing keyword evaluation to identify the most effective ones. To refine the campaign’s efficiency and relevance, we also integrated negative keywords.

We also created compelling landing page content that showcased our client’s services and offerings through a blend of educational and promotional material.
