The Opportunity

Through the initial SEO audit, we found a critical issue that was limiting our client’s online performance. Despite having quality content, their pages were not achieving the visibility they deserved. This lack of engagement was negatively impacting their organic rankings and, in turn, making it challenging for them to compete online.

The Plan

Based on our analytics, we identified pain points and formulated a marketing strategy.

We improved our client’s website based on search engines’ best practices and usability standards. The increase in website traffic helped us learn more about the behaviour and preferences of our target buyer persona.

Side by side, we set up call tracking to measure phone leads and tracked website leads to nurture prospects and close the deal. We also performed conversion path mapping to identify user touchpoints and address missed opportunities.

In order to guarantee conversion points from all sources, we optimized the client’s mobile app with a strong focus on usability and functionality.

In addition, we improved the PPC ad campaign for our client and manually monitored the bidding PPC keywords. On a timely basis, we carried out A/B testing to improve ad performance. To reduce irrelevant clicks and improve ad relevance, we also implemented negative keywords throughout our advertising campaigns.

The Results
