The Opportunity

We pitched our client with a proposal to launch a new business division that would provide tax advisory services to people dealing with debt and tax issues. Our goal was to prioritize education and awareness of our client’s services within the niche market.

The Plan

First, we developed an in-depth blueprint for the entire project, including pricing, services provided, operations, marketing, brand assets and more.

We formed the workflows from beginning to end and created all the forms and agreements that our client needed to run this new division.

In addition, we developed a full digital marketing strategy that included their initial custom WordPress web design, social media marketing, Google PPC campaigns, inbound automated email marketing and digital content creation, all strategically designed to drive traffic, leads and conversions.

The Results

Our client enjoyed substantial revenue growth and overall success as a result of the project.

In the first year, we successfully launched a new division, including all digital marketing efforts and onboarding of clients. Within this timeframe, their average monthly ROI increased by 80%, along with a 120% increase in MQLs per month.

However, by the second year, the website was consistently attracting over 4,000 unique visitors each month and generating more than 120 high-quality leads per month, all while keeping the acquisition rate low at $20,000 per month.

Today, our client’s new division, originally known as Tax Solutions Canada and now operating under the name Farber Tax Solutions, continues to grow even ten years after its initial launch. With a current team of 15 employees, it has maintained consistent growth and continued success as a business.
